FAQ
Do I have to give you my social media passwords?
No. Each network is connected through its own official sign-in page — you enter your password there, not with us. The only exception is Telegram channel stories, which need a Telegram sign-in; we explain exactly what access that gives before you sign in.
What counts as one post?
One video sent to the networks you selected is one post, however many networks you pick.
Which videos work?
MP4 or MOV up to 1 GB. Shorts, Reels, Stories and clips need a vertical 9:16 video. MultiLoad checks it before sending.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Turn off auto-renewal in your profile; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Where are my videos stored?
Only while they are being published. Afterwards the video is deleted from our server within 48 hours, and unfinished uploads after 7 days.
What happens after the trial week?
Publishing pauses until you choose a plan. Your connected networks and history are kept.
